Profile: Sam was born and raised in the UK, his dad is from the eastern part of Nigeria and his mum is British. He graduated from a reputable university in the UK with a degree in engineering. His racing career started in 1999, Sam has raced in all types of cars from Le Mans prototype, to open wheels and V8 engine American stock cars. Sam is currently testing with Nissan Leaf, an electric race car innovation by Nissan Motorsport. Sam is also the deputy editor for International Racecar Engineering Magazine.

Profile: Adrian is Nigeria Racing Eagle lead driver; he started his racing career at the early age of 8 karting, and became a professional race driver after graduating from high school in Switzerland. Adrian has achieved a successful career as a race driver making it to the podium numerous times and winnings. He represented South Africa in A1GP, raced in Formula Renault, GP 2 and joined Red Bull F1 racing as a junior and test driver. Adrian is currently driving with Lamborghini Super Trofeo.

Profile: Nathan Wright is a 23 years old Nigerian/British had his secondary and college school in the UK, before pursuing his racing career. Nathan started with Karting, winning the 2010 karting championship before moving to Formula Jedi/F1000 Series, where he was the series champion in his maiden year. Nathan joined the Mercedes Benz World in Woking, UK as a driving specialist and coach, and he is currently testing Formula Renault and GT Cars.

Profile: Christian is French Cameroon, he was born in Yaoundé Cameroon, before moving to France where he currently lives. His racing career started from his love for fast cars at a young age, he has raced in series of championship including French Touring Cup, European Champion Spider Cup and Seat Leon Super Cup, and Le Mans Series before joining the Nigeria Racing Eagle team in 2011. When Christian is not behind the wheel racing, his other passion is modelling, and has walked on the runway as a male model for Hugo Boss.

Profile: Gugu started racing at a very young due to his passion for the sport, and despite all the odds against him, a Zulu young boy coming from Soweto. Gugu has been a great inspiration to his fellow South Africans and Africa in general. He is dubbed ‘The Fastest Brother in Africa’. Gugu has raced across a wide range of Motorsport team in South Africa, including South Africa Touring Championship and Rally Championship. He is currently the South Africa National Rally Championship S2000 Challenge Champion. Gugu has also appeared as a celebrity guest driver in South Africa Top Gear Festival, featuring alongside F1 Champion Mikka Hakkinen .

Profile: Ovie Iroro is a 21 year old Nigerian driver currently living in the UK, his career in racing started in Nigeria when he competed in a karting completion and won. He has done some racing with formula Renault UK and has continued his testing and training with Nigeria Racing Eagle. Ovie is a mechanical engineering student at University College London.

Profile: DJ is a 17 year old African American and the first female driver to join Nigeria Racing Eagle team. She has always had passion for racing and started her racing career in karting before joining NASCAR's Drive 4 Diversity program where she drove for 2 years racing a Bandolero for Revoultion Racing. DJ is an inspiration to other aspiring female race drivers and joining NRE will be an opportunity to bridge the African and American racing community together.

Profile: Ashish is a young South African racing driver with drive, confidence and nerves of steel. He started his racing career in the 2012 South African Formula M championship and was then offered a seat in India's Formula 4 championship in 2013. After a successful first season abroad, he was awarded a scholarship drive in the JK Racing Asia Series (Formerly known as Formula BMW Asia) in India. Ashish has proved he has talent and the determination and ability to overcome any tough situation on his journey to being South Africa’s next Formula 1 World Champion.

Profile: Aleksi was born in 1980 in Helsinki, Finland. His passion is driving fast and it began at age of 6. Aleksi went to school and got business degree in Helsinki Business College. In the past, Aleski has raced Touring cars in Finland and Superkart in Sweden. Currently Aleksi is driving Legends Series in Finland and he has won Semi Pro silver medal in 2011 and Legends Trophy bronze medal in 2012 and 2014. He also won the Legends Cars Southern Finland Area championship in 2014.
